Is the price you quote the price I actually pay?
Yes. Every Moving4Us quote is binding. The number we send you on day one is the number on your invoice – we eat any difference. The only way the price changes is if you add inventory or services, and you’ll approve any change in writing first.
How far in advance should I book?
For local moves: 1–2 weeks is usually fine. For long-distance: 3–4 weeks. For peak summer (Jun–Aug), book 6 weeks out if your dates are tight.
Are you licensed and insured?
Fully. USDOT 3492018, MC 1142903, $1M cargo and liability coverage standard on every move, with full-value protection available as an upgrade. Every state we operate in, we’re licensed in.
What's included in the price?
Truck, labor, fuel, mileage, all standard equipment (pads, dollies, shrink-wrap, mattress bags, wardrobe boxes), basic cargo coverage, and floor/door protection. Packing materials and full-pack service are optional add-ons.
Do you do same-day or next-day moves?
For local moves in our 14 hub metros: usually yes, subject to crew availability. Long-distance same-day isn’t possible, but we offer 24-hour emergency interstate moves at a 1.4× rate.
What if something gets damaged?
Tell your coordinator within 7 days. We’ll repair or replace it under your coverage tier – no fight, no fine print. Less than 0.4% of our moves have a damage claim, and 98% of those resolve in under 14 days.
